As much as we would love to save you some money and diagnose your problem over the phone, without looking at the unit there’s no way to provide an accurate diagnosis. On our service calls, an experienced technician will come out to your residence and inspect the unit for you. Our service calls include a detailed description of what went wrong and the estimate on the price of parts, tax, and labor. If you choose to repair with us, the service call fee will be waived from the total.

Our $45 service call fee includes having a repair technician come out to diagnose your appliance and to provide you with a detailed explanation of what went wrong what part might be at fault, as well as what would need to be done in order to fix the problem. As well as to provide you with an estimate, if you choose to proceed with the repair after getting the estimate then the $45 service call fee is applied towards the labor. So you never have to pay the service call fee on top of the repair.
