Please note since we can’t tell ahead of time how long each repair will take, we book our appointments in 2 hour windows. When scheduling with us online, you are scheduling a 2 hour window from the set time you picked for your appointment (Ex. If you scheduled 8:00 am your appointment window would be between 8:00 am - 10:00 am). Our technicians will always call with an ETA prior to arrival.
